Are you new to caring for the elderly? 

Join us to equip yourself with the essential knowledge and skills to care for the elderly. You will learn practical skills like self-care through proper diet, exercise, rest, etc. Through classroom participation, caregivers are also able to form a social support network with other caregivers.

The course is customizable to cater to specialized care needs such as nasogastric tube feeding, basic wound care, colostomy management, etc.

  • Topic 3: Mobility Assistance and Transferring Technique
  • Topic 4: Oral Care
  • Topic 5: Skin care and Pressure Ulcer Prevention
  • Topic 6: Nutrition and Feeding Assistance
  • Topic 7: Caregiver Stress Management

The training will be conducted by a licensed Registered Nurse who has relevant experience in caring for the elderly both in the hospital and home setting.
