On top of that, the Caregiver Training Grant (CTG) provides a subsidy to families who are looking to be properly equipped when it comes to taking care of their loved ones.

Administered by the Agency of Integrated Care (AIC), a care recipient who qualifies can receive an annual grant of $200, which can be used by their caregivers in CTG-approved training courses.

A minimum co-payment of $10 is still required, subject to both eligibility and the remaining amount of the care recipient’s CTG which is capped at $200 per year.

For families looking to hire a Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW) to take care of their loved ones, they can also opt for the Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW) Grant.

This grant will provide a $120 monthly cash payment to eligible families, which can be used to offset the cost of hiring a FDW for a care recipient.
